Sharlene Lobo – Head of Communications

Sharlene is a graduate in English Literature from St. Xavier’s 

College, Mumbai. She started her career with Enlighten India as an

editor and has simultaneously represented herself as an anchor, actor

and debater at several independent stages. Her passion for journalism

alongside theatre has influenced her decision to devote herself to 

social service. Being a teacher herself, she believes that the pen is 

mightier than the sword only if it is driven by education. Her 

affiliation with CARE FOUNDATION as Head of Communications 

is truly credible and creditable.

Swapnil Shirke – Director of Photography

He has sought professional training under the able 

guidance of ace Bollywood photographers like Pritam

Dhar and Vaibhav Salaskar and is currently the 

Graphic Designer  at Enlighten India. To him,  ‘Design is 

thinking made visible with the perfect juxtaposition of 

shades’. He looks forward to advance this state of art with his

lens.

Aditya Shetty – Visualizer

His initial experience with Famous Studio as a 3D

animator is quite remarkable. He masters the art of

creativity and works with Enlighten India as a 

Co-Graphic Designer. His secret to creativity is innovation.

To him visual effects is like a tool, a means of telling 

a story that comes from your heart.

Shripat Rambade – Asst. Event Organizer

His organizational and management skills are incomparable. With

 methodized planning and time management he has take Enlighten 

India to new heights. Loyalty and punctuality are his forte and 

intends to spread these virtues through our esteemed foundation.
